Every successful millionaire blogger has a whole team behind them, sometimes it can’t be distinguished from the editorial office of a major publication. Such a team should always be ready for something new and, therefore, synchronised - otherwise, expect some trouble!
My department and I were responsible for the content on Ilya Varlamov's social networks, and their further development. We also had been increasing traffic for new videos from Instagram and VKontakte. For instance, as a result of the content feed update on Instagram, the ER of the
@varlamov account grew by 0.7% and reached 3% in as many as five weeks.
Moreover, in social networks, I developed partnership strategies with other major bloggers (
Redakciya,
Nexta) in the form of “mutual promotion”
in Telegram, new videos promo and other interactions aimed at the exchange of traffic and audience.
I also successfully completed managerial tasks: searched for and trained new employees in my department, wrote guides for them and came up with test tasks. The majority of the team worked from different time zones, so it was crucial to organize a convenient and efficient work process - so I came up with the automation of the department's work in Trello and Miro.
